At Krystle Cole Fine Art, we want you to be completely captivated by your new home decor. If your piece isn't the perfect fit, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all non-custom items.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage the artwork in its original protective sleeves and shipping box to ensure it arrives back at our studio in pristine condition.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our curators inspect the returned piece, we will process your full refund or ship out your replacement artwork within 5 business days.
